This bathroom was like a time capsule from the 1970’s! The old newspaper wallpaper and mustard yellow bathtub were wild and that linoleum…damn!

The thought of hand washing all of my dishes terrifies me! We removed a cabinet from this customers house and installed the plumbing and electrical to add a dishwasher for them so the pain of washing all of the dishes by hand is a thing of the past.
Water Heater Replacement
This old water heater was a disaster waiting to happen. It was leaking from the bottom and the top of the tank and one day that water pressure was going to cause it to burst and flood the house. Their new Bradford White tank keeps their house safe with cleaner hot water.
A new construction home gives you the opportunity to have all of the mechanical system be modern with the latest technology. For this customer, we installed all of the drainage, pressure tank from the well, water heater and pex tubing. We gave them a manifold system so each fixture has it own dedicated 1/2” pipe making sure low water pressure is something they don’t have to worry about.
