Other Projects We’ve Done
Although our focus is on mechanical systems, from time to time we have taken on other projects when it makes sense. Here are some of the other things we have taken on.
Primary Bedroom Laundry Room
This customer was sick of walking down two flights of stairs to wash and dry clothes. So much time and so many steps are saved by us installing the washer and dryer into the primary bedroom closet.
Audio and Video
Nothing beats watching your favorite movie or sports team on a big screen with the most advanced video quality with the sounds coming at you from all around you. Phaze can help you simply mount a TV on your wall or install a 4k 150” Screen with a 7.2 channel surround sound audio system.
Camp Remodel
This camp has been in the family for generations and as the family continues to grow, they needed more finished space for everyone to stay the night. We redid all of the wiring, insulated the ceiling, built walls and finished it all off with pine ship lap. Some of the original wood was salvaged and used for the gable end walls.
Basement Remodel
This basement wasn’t touched since the early 1980s. They wanted a space to entertain with a home theater, bar, office and a full bathroom. To do this, we created a bar area that resembled an old pub with black walls, a vertical grain doug fir bar top complete with a Chicago style handrail. The home theater includes a 4k projector and a 135” screen. The sound system includes 2 front, 2 side and 2 rear speakers plus two sub woofers to make the viewer feel they are in the video.
Exterior Projects
Cable Railings are such a nice modern look and something I just love to install. I also made this play set for my son with a sandbox and a swing set that even adults can use.
Flooring
Laminate and hardwood flooring are a nice change of pace for us once in a while when we can fit it in.
